Thanks, it's my go-to benching monitor. does 1600x1200. I couldn't ask for anything better. I have a VGA to HDMI adapter so it really just works. I've thought about replacing it with a cheap 1080p screen but I've had that monitor now since 2005.. it just works...

Now to report... the Rig is finally complete...

I had an issue yesterday when testing and the GPU temps were riding 70 Deg C. I knew that wasn't right and found that it was a bad mount.

So after I fixed that I gave her a go and stress testing with 3DMark Port Royal the GPU temp topped out at 50 degrees... so freaking happy with that.

Here is the eye candy..

Right now I'm trying F@H on it and with 8 threads the CPU is riding at 71 degrees and the GPU is riding 42 degrees.

CPU is running an Overclock at 4.7Ghz on all core with vcore at 1.256v, Mem is 1:1 at 1900Mhz with 16-15-15-36-1T @ 1.4v

GPU is running at it's stock settings (EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra)

So with the Temps probes before the 1st Rad and outlet of the last rad I can see that I dissipate 2 degree average. I also have the Pump and Fans run based on Water temp...

So the inlet temp of the rad, I use that temp to speed up the fans. and the water temp going in the Res cause the pump to increase it's speed...

So you only run up when you need it. when using this for day to day. it's 100% silent. Other than the build in LED's, you can't tell it's running...

I freaking love it...

Don't mind the Mess

and ya, I should ignore costs, but I'm not like that...

Here it is... Glad I could do this once. I'll never build one like this again and will likely stick with Air cooling or buy a flex loop kit from EK for $500... II don't like the setups of AIO's. I can't stand those things...

Also turns out that the Koolance Flow Meter controller is compatible with the Asus Flow plug. I'm happy to see that. Now I know the reading isn't correct, I and don't care that it's not "calibrated" but I know at max speed it shows 90l/m and when at the slow rate it's at 30l/m.. so with that I know if I start getting some clogging in the lines or blocks...

I'm having an issue with my EKWB GPU RGB. contacted EK and they are sending me a new strip. The bummer of that is I need to remove the GPU from the system to do that which bums me out.

The Blue LED is always on. Even when I go to Dark, it's always on. Here the GPU is trying to go Yellow like the RAM sticks

So I'll likely just test the replacement and put it aside until I have a reason to break the loop. Not too egar to break the loop and remove the block from the GPU.

Guess I'm sort-of lucky I was going to a blue theme on this system.
