A friend dropped off this beast tonight. I installed it and plugged in TWO 8-pin PCIE power leads. But upon boot, the screen reads “plug in PCIE power to use this GPU”

Is my 650Watt not big enough??

Update - Got it working. It must have been a loose connector. It is now heating my room.
